💼 Compensation & Benefits

💰 Salary & Incentives

• Total Compensation: Starting from 2,600,000 KRW ~
• Base Salary: From 2,200,000 KRW ~
• Incentives: 50,000 KRW – 650,000 KRW (Guaranteed average: 250,000–400,000 KRW)
• Saturday Bonus: 150,000 KRW (For those working 40 hours on weekdays)

🏡 Housing Support

• Key Money (Deposit): Up to 10,000,000 KRW
• Monthly Rent Support: Up to 500,000 KRW
• Settlement Bonus: 100,000 KRW (First-year only)

📌 Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Apostilled diploma & criminal background check
• Minimum one-year teaching commitment
• Preference for E2 visa holders currently in Korea
  (Eligible nationalities: USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland)

⏰ Work Schedule

🗓 Split Shift (40 hours/week)

• Monday: 16:30 – 21:30
• Tuesday – Friday: 07:00 – 11:00 & 16:30 – 21:30
• One Saturday per month: 09:00 – 17:00 (Negotiable)
